Self-Advocacy through Self-Belonging

Founder & Managing Director, Conscious Thrive LLC

Our programming and conditioning highly affect our ability to advocate for ourselves. Self-advocacy starts from knowing the “self,” and to know our authentic selves, we must release the outdated identities that no longer serve us and reclaim what’s inherently true… that we are worthy! By the end of this session, you’ll understand the mindset shifts to create the safety and belonging you need to advocate for yourself confidently.
