Stress: What It Is and How To Manage It

We hear it all the time, “I’m so stressed.” But what does that actually mean? And why are we stressed anyway? Or maybe more importantly: what can we do about it? In this overview, Dr. Rachel DuPaul talks about what stress is and why we experience it and gives some examples of how we can work to manage it.

Dr. Rachel is a Licensed Counseling Psychologist in MN and WI. She specializes in stress and anxiety management, relationship wellness, and overcoming perfectionism. She has particular interests in working with those who, on the surface, have it “all together” but are searching for something more or wondering why they are struggling on the inside. She also has personal and professional experience with the LGBTQ+ population. Dr. Rachel offers all virtual therapeutic support so she can literally meet you wherever you are. On a personal note, she lives in MN, loves nature, adores all things animals, and is ready for the pandemic to be over so she can continue trying new restaurants freely.
