Inner Tools To Survive Workplace Bullying and Mobbing

Conflict Management Consultant, Coach, Trainer, Conflict Remedy

Bullying and mobbing are assaults on our emotional and spiritual well-being as well as on our professional standing and job security. Lorraine will share original and applied techniques she’s used herself and with clients. She’ll give examples illustrating how these inner techniques support those being currently bullied or recovering to assess their emotional needs, create safety, and transform the inner landscape.

By the end of this session, you will learn specific techniques for inner protection while being bullied, understand the basics of how to apply them or support someone else to do so, and be able to begin assessing what additional support is needed.
