The Power of PTSD
Workplace bullying expert, author, radio personality, and Founder of Ms. Camay International
After Ms. Camay was bullied in the workplace, she relocated to Las Vegas and found herself in another legal office with another bully. But this time was different. PTSD is something people live with their entire lives that has to be managed in the moment. Ms. Camay found the power in her PTSD that propelled her into a place of courage and resiliency. In this session, you will learn how to do the same.
Ms. Camay was presented with the Presidential Volunteer Service Award by President Barack Obama, recognizing her for her “Lifetime Queen” public service to her community. She is a subject matter expert on bullying in the workplace and currently facilitates a live webinar online and in-person that breaks the silence around workplace bullying. This webinar is accredited by the CLE Board at the Nevada State Bar in ethics and highlights some of the potential legalities in a workplace harassment/retaliation claim, as well as tools and resources targets can use to regain their power and reposition themselves. Ms. Camay is the CEO of MCI, LLC, the umbrella company supporting her passion and commitment to inspire people across the nation and around the world. She is an international best-selling author in the anthology “Family Ties: What Binds Us & Tears Us Apart” and most recently a co-compiler and contributing author in the anthology “Stand Up, Speak Out Against Workplace Bullying: Your Guide to Survival and Victory Through 23 Real Life Testimonies.” Ms. Camay is a Humanitarian Award Recipient honored for her efforts as an advocate in her community and the American workforce and passionate about eliminating bullying from the workplace through conversation, education, and awareness.
