Tera Brown is a pattern breaking intuitive life coach and speaker. She specializes in healing work with women, couples, and families. Tera woke up from a lifelong pattern she wasn’t even aware of: avoiding, numbing, and denying her emotions, when after 16 years of marriage her husband disclosed his infidelity and addiction struggles. Tera began her journey of personal growth and recovery that very day. Since then, Tera’s journey has taken her on a roller coaster of learning and growing. Her passion became to share with others the tools she found to live life authentically and on purpose. Tera’s philosophy: when you heal in the four areas of PEMS (physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual), you can become whole again. Tera specializes in helping people who have endured relational trauma with personal safety, emotional sobriety, and peace. Coach Tera has a thriving private coaching practice, teaches online group coaching classes, and has a healing retreat called La Loba: The Woman Who Knows. She loves to speak and teach and loves spending time with her husband of 28 years and their four amazing children. Tera has a BFA from BYU in fashion design and spent the first 30 years of her career making custom wedding dresses and coaching brides.
