A former investment banker turned stand-up comic turned DEI consultant and trainer, Tissa works with clients across industries on their DEI strategies and goals. Her clients have included Fortune 500 companies, medium-sized businesses, non-profits, and universities. Her mission is to build inclusive workplaces where all employees belong and can thrive.
