The Re-Define Virtual Summit is for targets of workplace bullying who are either:

Currently trying to navigate the landmines of abuse at work or
Out of a toxic work environment and wanting to heal

What we need from you — and by when

What we will get you

1. Your scheduled time. Your scheduled time will be listed on the website. If you can’t make it, just let me know.

2. Your affiliate link. I’ll send you everything you need before the promotion window to promote the event and your presentation in case you want to schedule emails and posts out and want to post save-the-dates or teasers.

IMPORTANT: Make sure to setup your affiliate link on and replace all links in email templates with your affiliate link so I can send you your commission after the summit. Be sure to update all links in the emails with your affiliate link so you can get commissions on any sales that come through people you refer. Email me at with the email address you use for your PayPal account so I can send you your commission after the summit.

3. Promo emails, posts, and graphics. The more times you mention the summit to your audience, the better. It will mean more eyes on the summit — and more affiliate income for you.

However, not everyone promotes the same way. You know your audience best, so take what I send you and use it however you see fit. I’ll include four email templates with suggested subject lines and send dates along with a few options for you to include in the p.s. of any weekly emails you send. Tweak these emails so they sound like you and choose your own frequency of emails and social media posts. Add your normal greeting and sign-off and update the copy with your unique voice and personality.

The Summit Day

How long is each session?
Each session will be 45 minutes. If you are on a panel, you can expect to speak for 5-10 minutes.

Can I supply handouts?
Absolutely. Please bring 40 handouts to pass out.

What will I need for my presentation?
If you’re presenting, we will have a projector, microphone, and laptop available. Please send your slide deck to by Friday, September 24 to use our laptop, and we will load it for you beforehand. 

Where do I park?
You can park across the street from the hotel at the Major Taylor Municipal Garage, 30 Major Taylor Blvd., Worcester. We will reimburse you for your parking. Let us know if you plan to attend the entire day or just for your session so we can plan accordingly (order your lunch, etc.).

What about lunch?
If you haven’t already done so, let us know if you’ll be joining us for the full day so we can get a headcount with lunch. Do not pay for a ticket.

When and where should I arrive?
Arrive 15-30 minutes before your presentation/panel time. We will have a Speaker Sign-In Table on the 2nd floor where you can grab your validated parking ticket. We will have 15 minutes before each session to set up your presentation. We will stick to a strict 45 minutes to keep the day on schedule. We will also ask you to sign a photo release form and grab your parking pass and gift bag. They day begins at 9am for those attending all day.

What will happen afterwards?
We invite you and attendees to join us across the street at Mezcal (on the ground level of the parking garage) following the summit for connecting and celebrating.
