— a 2019 Re-Define Summit warrior
Sunday, April 18, 2021, 10am-4pmET:
Healing from workplace abuse
When a supervisor or co-worker puts their ego over the organization — and feels threatened by our competence and ethics — they often abuse us because they can. False accusations. Gossip. Exclusion. Belittling. Ignoring. Sabotage.
We suffer. We become overwhelmed with navigating the situation and experience re-trauma when our employers and government fail to hold the abusers accountable. Our dignity, our trust, and our mental, emotional, and financial health fall under attack.
We feel stuck in the trauma when it’s happening — and when we’re out of the toxic environment.
No matter what you do to fix the situation, there’s a giant target on your back. You go into work every day wondering what the next nightmare will be. Lying about you? Ignoring you? Taking away responsibilities? Gossiping about you?
Meanwhile, the more you try to fix it, the worse it gets. You’re sick to your stomach and stressed out of your mind. Anxiety. Depression. Daily. You’re consumed with:
You focus on how on earth you’ll muster the energy to get up tomorrow to go to work and dodge the landmines. You spend every minute of your commute into work DREADING dealing with the bully. You hold back tears. You feel nauseous.
Forget trying to grow in your career. Forget having a plan. You’re just trying to make it through the day.
No matter what you do to move on with your life, you’re stuck in the motions of life. Wake up. Feel numb and bitter. Make it through the day. Repeat.
You can’t stop ruminating about the “what ifs,” blaming yourself for what happened, and feeling angry about everything you lost.
Meanwhile, the more you try to fix it, the more you feel frustrated with yourself for not conquering the pain. You’re consumed with:
You wonder how you’ll get the confidence to look for another job, interview, and avoid another nightmare work situation. You need some kind of break — anything — but the pain lingers.
Either way, it’s BEYOND exhausting.
You wish you knew what’s worked for others who’s navigated and healed from workplace abuse.

And all of THAT means embracing YOU: feeling seen, knowing you matter, embracing the fun, and living life on YOUR terms.
I’m talking giving life a big HELL YES. (Laughing again, here you come.)
You can become it. The best part: we’ve got something to help.
The Re-Define Virtual Summit is about just that.
At the two-day Re-Define Virtual Summit, you’ll connect with other targets as you hear from experts on topics around navigating and healing from workplace abuse. Your new tools can help you approach similar situations with confidence so you can live your best life.
The goal is to take a big step to understanding what happened and how to now define yourself according to YOUR values. Our team of experts will help you on that journey to get there.

The Re-Define Virtual Summit will run on Saturday, April 17, and Sunday, April 18, 2021.
I don’t know about you, but I prefer to leave my house as little as possible during the pandemic. You can tune into the summit from anywhere with Internet access.
Presentations will be roughly 40 minutes in length. The presentations will be available live only — unless you grab the VIP All Access Pass to get lifetime access to all of the videos and slide decks — and all of that plus extra bonuses for the Power Pack.
To avoid tech glitches, save my sanity, and keep things easy for the speakers, the presentations are pre-recorded and will be released at the scheduled time. Speakers will be available in the chatbox.
VIPs and those who grab the Power Pack will also have access to a private Facebook group for the summit where we’ll connect before the summit starts and support each other once it kicks off.
(And don’t worry — we won’t share email addresses. You will only hear from Re-Define and Dignity Together.)
After registering, you can also upgrade to gain access to the VIP All Access Pass. That means you’ll get lifetime access to presentations, slide decks, and access to a Facebook community. Grab the Power Pack instead to add on all of that PLUS must-have bonuses, including BOTH Dignity Together bootcamps for navigating and healing from abuse at work.
I can’t wait to share this must-have info with you from this impressive group of experts.
All of our speakers for this summit have been hand-picked, and our slots are currently full. However, we’re open to additional affiliates or potential speakers for our next summit. If you’re interested in affiliate details or being considered for our next summit, email info@redefineourselves.com.
No problem! Shoot an email over to info@redefineourselves.com, and we’ll get back to you within 2 business days.

There’s nothing like interacting with those who get what you’re going through in ways friends and family members don’t. Validation and support are what’s on the agenda for a full two days.
Energized, validated, and powerful. Those are the feelings targets from our 2019 summit had after getting together for just one day. Imagine the power of an entire weekend. It’s time to put yourself first.
Why wait for the life you want?
